Another prominent professional athlete is in the news for concussion issues this week. Sidney Crosby, one of the best NHL players on the planet, suffered yet another setback in his struggles with concussion.

Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics and the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Boston Bruins Alumni Game this Saturday, December 17th at 1:30pm at the Rinks at Exeter. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Chamber Children’s Fund.

It’s that time of year again. Whether you make occasional weekend trips to the mountains or spend every weekend watching your children compete, skiing and snowboarding are a part of winter in New England.

More and more concerns continue to arise regarding the potential long term effects of cumulative concussions and even sub-concussion repetitive head trauma.
