Dan_headshotExeter, NH – The professional training staff at Access Acceleration in Exeter are excited to announce the addition of Dan Randlett, M.A.T. to their talented team of fitness instructors.  Randlett is an Athletic and Personal Trainer with experience working with individuals of all backgrounds and ability levels.

Randlett was a 2004 graduate of Exeter High School where he was a member of the football, wrestling, and track and field teams.  He attended the University of New Hampshire where he earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Physical Education Pedagogy.  Randlett was a standout athlete on the UNH Track and Field team where he competed at the Division I level in the sprint and hurdle events, scoring at the conference level and qualifying for multiple New England Championships. As a certified USATF Level 1 coach, Randlett has coached track and field for many years at the Division I and Division III levels and is currently assistant coaching at UNH.

Randlett has worked in both the collegiate athletic setting and fitness world and has been a personal trainer at multiple health centers in New Hampshire for the past five years.  He believes in compound, athletic movements to help create a balanced, healthy person.  Randlett has a special interest in runner gait analysis and developing workout plans to improve running economy.

Dan Kettlebell “We could not be happier to add Dan to our team.  His experience and knowledge are undeniable and he has demonstrated proven results everywhere that he has been,” according to Access Acceleration Fitness Director Craig Favara.  Favara added, “Dan uses a variety of training methods in a functional and challenging way, from body weight movements to Olympic lifting and everything in between.  Clients will really enjoy working with him because he takes a personal approach to each individual, assessing strengths and weaknesses to better specialize training systems for overall improvement.”
