ROCHESTER, NH — Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is excited to announce that their Rochester, NH, injury care and rehab facility is now open and licensed for walk-in appointments.

This means that whether you’re a new or existing patient, there’s no appointment necessary to be seen for your orthopaedic injuries. Anyone with an injury can visit the Rochester location to see a Board-Certified orthopaedic or specialist in the same day and be placed on an appropriate treatment plan.

With Rochester being Access Sports Medicine’s third walk-in clinic, their goal is to help patients eliminate the stress of bouncing around from an emergency room or non-orthopaedic urgent care center. It’s common for doctors in these settings to lack extensive training in orthopaedic-specific conditions, which may result in referrals to specialists that can prolong the recovery process.

“We’re excited to extend our walk-in services for patients in and around Rochester,” said Christopher Lonegan, MD, Sports Medicine Primary Care Physician and Concussion Specialist seeing patients at the Rochester location. “Our mission is to give our community a cost-effective, better option that saves time and helps them recover quicker.”

Access Sports Medicine is excited to expand their walk-in services so that the community has access to the care they deserve, whenever they are in need. Their Portsmouth and Exeter, NH, locations are also licensed walk-in centers.

Patients can visit the Rochester location at 120 Washington St., Suite 101. Their hours are 8:30 – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
