Access Sports Medicine offers personal training sessions and memberships for all ages and skill levels. We cater to everyone, from beginners to advanced-level athletes. Our personal trainers will customize training plans with modifications when necessary to help you reach your fitness goals.

Fierce Athlete

Monday – Friday: 7:00-8:30am, 3:30-5:00pm | $275 per month / $25 Drop-In

This 90min training program will focus on improving all phases of athletic performance.  This is achieved by focusing on full body resistance training, plyometrics, and sport specific agility.  During this time, two 4week programs will be designed around maximizing movement proficiency along with gaining a knowledge base and confidence needed to obtain full athletic potential. Sport Speed / Power

Monday & Wednesday: 6:30-7:30pm | $120 per month / $20 Drop-In

This class will focus on improving running and movement techniques to help improve efficiency of movement for all sports.  This class uses plyometric exercises and running/movement drills to help create a faster athlete! Coach: Dan Randlett

Team/Group Strength and Conditioning

Team / Group training sessions focused on general or sport specific performance. Available on or off site at either Access Facilities (Exeter) or your location of choice (gym, school, etc.) Coach: Dan Randlett

Personal Training Sessions

During a one-on-one personal training session, our trainers will discuss your medical history, your goals, your needs and your current fitness regime. Then they will take you through a functional movement screen to check for any present imbalances.

Once that has been completed, your personal trainer will advise you on the best plan of action to accommodate your condition and lead you to your ultimate fitness goals.

Small Group Training Sessions

Small group training is a more affordable way of personal training. There are typically three to five people in attendance who have a common goal they are working to achieve. In small group training, the personal trainer designs a program that works best for the group, as opposed to the individual.

$25/hour (minimum of 3 people, maximum of 8)

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are available for $34.99 with no money down and no commitment. This membership includes two sessions with one of our personal trainers.
