Access Sports Medicine’s Functional Training and Fitness Center currently offers the following training and fitness classes for athletes of all skill levels and abilities.

Monday – Friday:
7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. (Summer only, June – August)
3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (All year round)
$275 per month, Unlimited Classes
$25 for drop-in
This 90-minute training program will focus on improving all phases of athletic performance. This is achieved by focusing on full body resistance training, plyometrics, and sport specific agility. These classes have multi-level programs that will be designed around maximizing individuals movement proficiency along with gaining a knowledge base and confidence needed to obtain full athletic potential.

Boot Camp is a high-energy metabolic class that is designed to burn a massive amount of calories and create a bullet proof core. Boot Camp offers a variety of workouts (Tabata, Stations, Descending pyramids, Partner training, Kettle bells, etc.) to challenge the athlete. This 60-minute class will take you through 50 minutes of conditioning followed by 10 minutes of flexibility. Boot Camp is held in a group setting with encouragement and support. Whether you’re a seasoned vet or a newcomer, Boot Camp will challenge you and improve your fitness level!
Sport Speed and Speed Mechanics

Monday, Wednesday: 6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

This class focuses on improving running and movement techniques to help enhance movement efficiency for all sports. Students perform plyometric exercises and running/movement drills to help create a faster athlete!
