Mary Shea Holt, OTR/L, CHT

Mary is a 1977 graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. In 1987, she co-founded Exeter Therapy Associates (now Access Rehabilitation Specialists) and presently serves as the manager of the Hand/Occupational Therapy department. She received her certification in Hand Therapy from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission in 1991. She has been a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists since 1991. Mary has specialized in hand and upper extremity injuries for almost 30 years.
Karen O’Keefe, OTR/LKaren graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy in 1976. She co-founded Exeter Therapy Associates (now Access Rehabilitation Specialists in 1987.. Karen specializes in Hand Rehabilitation, including work hardening and ergonomics. Karen enjoys the outdoors, with activities such as biking, snowshoeing, skiing and hiking.

Lisa Fernandes OTR/L

Lisa graduated from UNH with a Post-BS Certificate from UNH. Prior to her OT education, Lisa received a BS in business from Syracuse University in 1990. Lisa’s past OT experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings but her focus is on the hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Currently, Lisa is pursuing specialty certification as a hand therapist.

Debbie Paul, OTR/L, CHT

Debbie graduated with her degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University, Boston School of Occupational Therapy in 1974. She received her Certification in Hand Therapy in 1998 and has now been practicing as an Occupational Therapist on the Seacoast for almost 25 years. Prior to settling on the Seacoast and raising a family, Debbie had the opportunity to work in Connecticut, Idaho and Haiti. Last year in the wake of the devastating earthquake, Debbie helped establish a hand therapy clinic at a mission in Haiti and will be returning to the clinic in 2011 to help further the program.
