
Access Sports Medicine and the Exeter Area YMCA are co-hosting a one-hour seminar for pickleball players of all skill levels who want to stay healthy and injury-free on the court.
Join us Tuesday, August 19, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Exeter Area YMCA Community Center, 56 Linden St., Exeter, for “Pickleball Injuries: Causes, Treatment, and Prevention.”
Led by Chris Wheeler, PA-C, of Access Sports Medicine, the seminar will focus on common pickleball injuries, effective treatment options, and strategies to help prevent them. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned player, you’ll learn warm-up routines, technique adjustments, and conditioning tips that can help reduce your risk of injury.
