Exeter, NH – For most people trying to move toward a healthy lifestyle, it is critical they change what they eat as well as make the time to exercise more.nutrition

Recognizing these challenges, the Physicians of Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics are excited to announce a new nutrition program for clients through Access Acceleration.

According to Access Acceleration’s Dr. David Davis, the new nutrition program highlights their core belief in total health and fitness.

“Acceleration is very excited to now be able to offer the services of a licensed nutritionist,” he said. “The combination of our Acceleration personal trainers who design a customized exercise plan and a personalized meal plan from our nutritionist is a sure way to get you on the right track to healthy living. If you want to feel better, look better and move better, we can help you get there.”

This nutrition program will feature a free one hour consultation with a licensed nutritionist in addition to options for follow up sessions. The sessions will include education on essential nutrients and their functions in the body, pre and post exercise nutrition, and a personalized daily meal plan.

Access Acceleration provides a wide range of programs, including individualized Personal Training, small group classes like Circuit Training or Adult Fitness Boot Camp, and more advanced sport-specific programs like Fierce Athlete. Acceleration offers individual memberships and corporate discounts for businesses looking to encourage functional training and healthy lifestyles for employees. Access Acceleration is the injury prevention, strength training and fitness component of Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics.
