Treatment options include medication, splinting, injections and surgery. On Monday, March 4th at 7pm, join Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics and Portsmouth Regional Hospital for an interactive discussion on Hand Arthritis.  Board-Certified Orthopaedic Hand Surgeons Roderick J. Bruno, MD and H. Matthew Quitkin, MD will be discussing Hand Arthritis as part of the ongoing Community Wellness Series at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.  The session will take place in the classrooms at PRH and is free of charge.

Attendees will learn more about the signs and symptoms of common arthritic conditions of the hand.  The physicians will discuss how arthritis of the hand is diagnosed, the different treatment options that are available, and expectations for recovery following both surgical or non-surgical treatment.
