Access Sports Medicine Couch to 5K Program
Over the next few months, Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is working with Lilac City Pediatrics and Z107 FM to offer a free Couch to 5K program. The 10-week program will include a comprehensive running training plan, fitness and nutrition tips, videos and more.
