Corrective ExerciseRochester, NH – Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is now offering Corrective Exercise and Sports Enhancement Training Programs with Coach Karen Kay, CSCS, CES in our Rochester, NH location.  Karen Kay is one of the region’s most highly-skilled Corrective Exercise Specialists.  She has experience working with people of all ages following an injury and helping them transition back into the activities that they enjoy.  A certified strength and conditioning coach, Karen’s techniques help improve athletic performance while keeping the risk of re-injury to a minimum.

Coach Karen Kay is the Senior Trainer at Access Acceleration at Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics.  Karen has been transitioning patients from injury at Access Sports Medicine for almost a decade.  Prior to joining Access, Karen was Head Coach of Women’s Ice Hockey at UNH.  She achieved more than 200 victories including a National Championship in 1998.  Kay also coached the United States National Team to a silver medal in the 1994 World Championships.  In 2012, Karen was inducted into the Massachusetts Hockey Hall of Fame for her successes playing and coaching hockey at all levels.
